Does anyone know how to make good bread without gluten, eggs, dairy, flax, beans? We can eat energy tapioca bread and the kids like it. I wish I had a recipe for that. We miss bread and I have a hard time finding that bread. I ordered a case of it a month ago and it still hasn't come in. This wouldn't happen if I could buy it at superstore.

Have you checked out Lorenzo's on St. Mary's Road? It's a dedicated Gluten Free bakery - but I"m not sure about the other allergens you listed - worth a phone call for sure. They also sell mixes that you can use to make your own.
