My parents seem to like to have yorkshire pudding whenever we have a roast dinner. Unfortunately the recipe requires eggs. Does anyone know a modified recipe that does not include eggs? Dairy is an issue too but can be replaced with soy milk.

Hi Jenn, I would love to find a yorshire pudding recipe without eggs also. My muffins, cakes, bread, cheesecake, pumpkin pie all seems to work perfectly with either corn starch or the egg replacement of 1 1/2 tbsp. water, 1 1/2 tbsp. oil and 1 tsp. baking powder (per egg). Yet no matter how many times I've tried them my yorshire puddings stay heavy and don't rise. I have no idea why this one recipe is a flop when all the others work.
If anyone has a recipe which works I'd also love to have it.
