Veggies are getting cheaper now and I think I'll try to use the dehydrator more. I haven't found a boullion cube I feel comfortable with so I'm going to dry out and crush up some veggies. :)

2 quarts (1.89 litres) applesauce
1 (3 ounce) box jello

Mix together and spread in food dehydrator or a fruit leather tray or plastic wrapped tray.

Dry by your dehydrators manufactures instructions, until no wet spots are left.

You can vary the fruit puree as well as the jello flavour.
