I'm starting a small allergen-free baking business, and have been scouring the internet for somewhere to purchase ingredients like Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum, Rice Flour, Agave Nectar, etc, in bulk amounts, in Canada. Does such a place exist? I've bought teeny bags of Westpoint Naturals flours at my health food store, but even those have a "produced in a facility that processes nuts, etc" warning on them. What are the brands I should be looking into that are actually totally clear of nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, etc? I'd love some help!
