Watermelon Popsicles
Ingredients
1/8 large watermelon
4 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp sugar, or honey
Directions
Remove rind and seeds from watermelon. Chop into small chunks and put in blender. Blend until watery and then add fresh lime juice and sugar or honey.
Pour into small paper cups or popscicle molds if you have them leaving space at the top so they don't overflow. Stick a wooden popsicle stick into each cup. Freeze overnight and enjoy the next day.

You could probably use any melon for this

Jello Popsicles

Ingredients
1 small package of jello
2 cup orange juice
2 cup boiling water

Directions
Disolve jello in boiling water. Add orange juice, mix well and freeze. Makes two trays of 8 popsicles, with a good texture. Our favourite is with raspberry jello. Lots of vitamin C!

I was very sad this weekend when we went to the corner store at the lake and EVERY popsicle and frozen treat had a nut warning. Ugh...

Thanks for these recipes - the watermelon one sounds delicious! I'll be making a few tonight so I can bring them to the lake next weekend. :) (We'll also bring some frozen apple juice pops.)
