Hello everyone,

My Allergy is bad mostly during the winter and spring (8 months a year). my doctor diagnosed me as hyper sensitive to olive trees, dogs, grass and cats... I sneeze frequently, my ears and eyes get red and itchy and I am awfully exhausted. It also affects my mental condition and I tend to get angry and impatient frequently. 2 months ago I started to take a special antiviral supplement (contains cinnamon and green tea extract, quercetin, licorice, selenomethionine and propolis). My friend takes it for fatigue syndrome, this has turned my life around. I became less tired and can better control my nerves, but the most unexpected part is that I have no more congestion, my airways are clean and I can breathe normally.

Please let me know what do you think about that?

I am so happy... so I wish you all a happy Halloween.

Hi allergina,

I have taken quercetin for seasonal allergies with amazing results as well. Not everyone feels comfortable with alternative therapies and it's a personal choice. It might not be for everyone but it's good to know it exists and can help some people. I don't think many people here (myself included) would feel comfortable trying to treat their life-threatening allergies with alternative therapies but it can be good for soooo many things included cold and flu prevention :D

I have been on quercetin for a while now. I am going to finish the bottle that I have now and am not going to bother with it any more as I have not noticed anything. I guess it is not the right thing for me.
