We used Fleishmann's lactose-free margarine at allergy camp in all our baking, and it was great! There were several kids there who have severe milk allergies, and no one had any reactions. I use it exclusively at home now. Only 1 grocery store in town carrries it, though.

Safeway carries it here. At one point our local store stopped carrying it, but brought it back when I requested it...I pointed out that their remaining selection of margarines all had dairy, and they needed to have at least one choice for families like mine. If you cannot find any product at your local store that you would like them to carry, it's worth talking to a manager to see if they can bring it in. :-)
