Dd has had a bad cold for over a week now.
Everything taste bad or hurts her mouth/throat.
She's sick of chicken and pretty much off food. I'm running out of things to feed her (that she won't turn her nose up at).
Yesterday was soy milk, bacon and smoothies. (funny how bacon and tomatoes still go down OK ~) )
Will the school roll their eyes if I send her in with just chips and bacon?

Getting back to normal, slowly. We made noodles last night (ugh, the dough was too moist and they stuck together. A gooey, gummy mess-but she loved them) so she had that for lunch.

She complained that the Airhead I sent her was too big to eat at snack time. Then she had a melt down about no good candies... :freak

I told her that she was supposed to her nutritious snacks (fruit squish'ems and pretzels) at school and her Airhead at her after-school program.

 What am I thinking? What kids is going to pass up her candy for something nutritious? Today I sent her some Dare gummy bears (wonder how long I'll be able to do that!)

This cold is sucking the life out of us, maybe it's a flu? Anyway, we're all running on low energy.
