I just saw this in the City of Ottawa report on a scent-free workplace:

The Lung Association offers a model for developing a scent-free policy for the workplace. Details at

Scroll down to "What you can do about scented products" to access a file called "Developing a Scent-free Policy for the Workplace".

I wonder if it might help some forum members who have been having problems in the workplace. Might be worth a shot to read through this stuff and even contact the Lung Association if you need some support for your situation.

this is REALLY helpful, i talked to my boss and he's lettng me put a sign to please not spray any fregrances in our change rooms, and is going to allow me to post the article on our staff bullitain board!
