I'm sort of organized...if I knew that I'd need a new inhaler every 4 weeks I would just work that into my regular routine. The problem with asthma is that we increase dd's controlled medication when she has a cold and we don't use the rescue inhaler very often as she is well controlled. It's hard to tell how many doses are still in her metereed dose inhalers (MDI's)

I love the counter which is built right into the Advair puffer. I wish all of the MDI's had one.

I really don't understand why they don't-it can't be that hard to add a ratchet type of system that moves the counter up each time you depress the inhaler. :roll:

If I can't keep track of what I give dd now, how will I keep track of it when she's 12-14 and out on her own more?
