Cauger,

I use Corn Flake crumbs (same ingredients as Corn Flakes) to bread my chicken and veal cutlets. You can find the box in the section where the bread is ( Walmart, Zehrs). It makes the chicken really crispy.

I was just coming her to post about the PC Blue Menu chicken filets - they have flax seed as well. We just switched to them from the M&M, and my kids are LOVING them! They're "real" chicken as well, so Mom is happy too. Appear to be both milk and egg-free!

And they're cheaper - we buy ours at the local No Frills (we don't have a Superstore or Loblaws in our town)

Susan..

We tried that PC Blue Menu Chicken with flaxseed, and we thought it was absolutely delicious. That's all we buy for chicken nuggets nowadays. I hope you and your family can enjoy it too!

I'll try to see if I can find the PC Blue menu chicken breasts around here. I found the safe Pinty's buffalo chicken breasts here and they are really good, quite pleased I found them, I went out and bought 3 boxes at costco just in case they run out..
