I love the book - it's so pretty, and the pictures make me drool. Actually my 18 month old seems to think that it's a picture book, she loves flipping the pages until she finds a picture then squealing in joy and pointing at it hungrily.. She's got my love of sweets. I am trying out my first recipie this weekend for fathers day (making the red velvet cake) but I have to use regular flour for a bit until I can find the good brown rice flour (i'll probably have to order it online since it's hard to find most products here..) I lvoe the section on common replacements for egg, milk and such, gives me great ideas for other recipies as well, like main courses.. My husband thinks i'm nuts because now i'm talking about bringing in that flour mix to make the authentic cakes. I'm glad we don't have to worry about potential tree nut contamination anymore, it will really make things easier, and i'm just going to use plain old crisco vegetable shortening since we dont have to worry about soy. I could go on forever about how happy this makes me!

(I love baking..)

If you're on Facebook, you can write on Cybele's business page here: http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Cybele ... 4814396706
If not on FB, send me a pm or e-mail, and I'll make sure she gets.

The "Handbook" is in a league of its own, I agree.
My vegan daughter has moved to the West Coast, when we said we were coming out, first thing she wanted to know: can you bring me some goodies from "that" book?
