The AAIA has launched a survey on quality of life issues with anaphylaxis.

Here's the info and the link that their PR spokesperson sent:

The Allergy/Asthma Information Association, a Canadian not-for-profit, is conducting a survey about severe allergies and anaphylaxis. This survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes of your time. The survey results will be used to help educate Canadians about allergies and anaphylaxis and may be used as part of an awareness campaign in 2011.

Note: Many of the survey questions below apply to people with food allergies or anaphylaxis or those who have a family member with allergies or anaphylaxis.

These questions sure make a person think. I am very much aware of how the answers may differ, depending on the stage that a person is at. Over the years I definitely would answer many of them differently.

Myself - Seasonal, cats
dd-asthma (trigger - flu) anaphylactic to eggs, severe allergies to bugspray and penicilin, pulmicort
ds-Seasonal, cats and OAS
dh-allergy cats, bugspray and guava, outgrew egg allergy
