I LOVE all the yummy recipes in the magazine...and the pictures make everything look fantastic. Maybe this has been discussed before, but I was wondering if the nutritional information (calories, fibre, fat, etc) could be included with the recipes? Thanks so much

Oh thanks so much - I always say they're great for people with - or without - allergies. Good food is good food.

Re nutritional info, interesting thought and we have it on our wish list in fact. Has to be down the road, however, since right now our Chef Simon and his kitchen helpers are a little overtaxed at present with creating the recipes, doing all the recipe (taste) testing, then preparing all the food to be photographed.

But great to hear you're enjoying the recipes, and have to agree that the photos by Chris Gonzaga do make you want to eat a page or two.

Simon does aim to be largely healthy in his recipes, fyi, with lots of veggies.

Nutritional info is a great idea although it might vary greatly once we all adjust recipes to accommodate each of our particular allergens.

I also think nutritional information is a very good idea since 10% of people with diabetes also have Celiac Disease and need to count carbs.

You could give the nutritional information for the recipe as published and rely on the people modifying the recipe to figure out their own nutritional information...
