I know this has been discussed somewhere on this forum (wanting Oprah to do a show). ...not sure if this is part of it or what but did notice a comment section....maybe if a bunch of us commented on that space it would spark something?

Honestly, as a health care professional, I wish Oprah would just stay away from health topics altogether. Her promotion of Suzanne Somers and Jenny McCarthy prove that her people are more interested in generating buzz than getting accurate information out there. Most of her flock of followers are not capable of critical thinking and just blindly believe everything they see ... I wouldn't trust her show with a topic on allergies! Have you seen Suzanne Somers going off about food allergies lately? I want to punch the TV listening to her! :verymad And when the shows bring in an "expert" to present the other side, it's always a boring old-fart-type guy who make no impact whatsoever.

My life is so full of coincidences and here is another......flying home from a wonderful break from winter and snow on Monday we are standing trying to figure what to feed dd in the Chicago airport (beautiful airport by the way but why oh why are there so many nuts being sold at all the airports? doesn't affect us, but we thought of you all that it does) when who does my dh recognize but Oprah's Stedman waiting for his meal. It was too funny that he knew who he was cause he's one of those guys that kind of roll his eyes....if ya know what I mean...he said it was his suit that made him notice him in the first place.....and he was right....very nice suit....also very handsome, like my dh.

The above doesn't change my thought on the rock and hard place, but life is so weird sometimes, eh? and I had to share.
