A good reminder from Kids With Food Allergies:
Kosher labeling is not a fail-safe way to determine if a product is safe from a food allergy standpoint. Read more to understand why/why not.

Husband: no allergies
Me: allergies to some tree that flowers in May
Cat: allergic to beef, pork and lamb

There was glaring misinformation on this page about kosher and dairy allergies, which they've corrected after a polite couple of emails from me. It's still a bit long and could be confusing, if you have any other suggestions plse let the author know.
