 My thoughts are with the many that are grieving for the young fellow who died the other day in Ottawa at the school. It's so sad when kids have to deal with things like this....it is so hard.

The odd part is that with social media, we were being informed seconds after the explosion occured. There was very little information at first and then it came flooding in. The boy was originally reported as having died but the paramedics worked hard on him and he had a pulse by the time they go to the hospital so the pendum of emotions swung back and forth. The students had their prom the week before and he was amoungst the graduating class so it was a happy time, then tragic, then hopeful and finally very sad.

I still don't know how the others who were injured are doing but I know the principal and she cares a lot for her students and this has got to be hard on everyone involved.

Anytime a young person is suddenly killed, it is tragic.
