For people in BC with nut, soy, wheat, gluten, etc. allergies, it turns out the Que Pasa Corn Tortillas are made entirely of corn, and on a corn-only production line, so virtually no risk of cross-contamination - and they're very tasty!

Here's the info I received from the company:

Our corn tortillas and tortilla chips are
produced from production lines dedicated for corn products only. We do not
use any ingredients other than corn in those lines. We also conduct regular
allergen tests on the product contact surfaces to ensure our production
lines are allergen free. If you have further questions, please don't
hesitate to contact us.

The ingredient list for Corn Tortillas is: Organic corn, water, trace amount of Calcium hydroxide (Processing aid)

Highly recommended!!

Jen

I agree they are tasty! And the plain tortilla chips are available in most grocery stores in Alberta also. I get mine at Superstore.
