I'm so excited. I found this soy ice cream at Choices Market in Vancouver today, and bought one to try. It is very very good, and the kids love it. Even my DH who normally won't drink soy milk said he could barely taste the difference between it and real dairy ice cream. I did taste the soy in the first mouthful, but after that, the taste grew on me and I had a second helping.

We got the chocolate flavour. . .. plan to get more and maybe try the other flavours.

We discovered this product last year. I posted about it back then - sorry you missed the post. The maple flavour is my favourite and the vanilla is nice too. We use our ice cream maker a lot but it is nice to have a handy ready made one available too!

Thanks. I must have missed your post, but I don't think it was available in BC at that time because I do scour the ice cream aisle frequently to find something that both my kids can eat. Well, regardless of when it became available, I'm overjoyed to have found it, and will be passing on the word to other allergic parents who live locally.

It means that ice cream is now have a new favor, and that is the peanut and nut-free soy ice cream? That's great!

Thanks for this. I was so excited when I found Soy ice cream for my daughter but then upset when I noted the allergy warning for peanuts on it. I felt like I couldn't win! I will keep my eyes open for this brand now.

Our local store sells this brand of soy milk, but not the ice cream. I will have to see if they can get it in.

Thank you!! Every type of non-dairy ice cream we have found has a PN/TN warning on it. I'll be visiting every supermarket in town this weekend to try to find this stuff. I've seen their products before, so hopefully their soy ice cream is available here. :bouncygreen
