Hi everyone,

Has anyone happened upon an egg-free biscotti recipe? It always looks so delicious and I would love to make some, but any recipe I've come across has eggs. Thanks :)

I've used egg-replacer in my biscotti recipes with success (instead of omitting it completely).

Thanks laurie, I'll give it a try! Wasn't sure it if it would maintain the texture - I'll report back!

I found this recipe for vegan biscotti, and thought it looked good (haven't tried it yet though). We would just have to omit the nuts, and use an artificial extract.

The other recipes on this site look promising too. I have the Vanilla White Cake baking in my oven right now (one of my sons has a b-day party to attend on the weekend), and so far so good  .
