So much not right with this. You would think that somebody would have got this ball rolling a long time ago...and since the father is a teacher somewhere else....you would think he would have known more about procedures (504?). Another good example of just anaphylaxis not being given the attention and respect it deserves....(got that line from the letter the lawyer wrote our division superintendent a couple years ago....not like it did any good).

One of the beauties of Sabrina's Law is that the principal can tailor the school's anaphylaxis plan according to what allergies the school's dealing with. It doesn't seem hard to decide to keep kiwi off the menu.

Some things in this story are perplexing (I just read it, maybe the video clears up), but why is she having so many reactions if kiwi is served infrequently? And as you ask, is there a 504? Also not clear why a relative had to give the epineph. shot, needless delay.
