This is an excellent (and extremely well-referenced) review on the use of IgG testing to diagnose food allergies and / or intolerances. If you've ever had a "food panel" done that screens you for 96-250 different foods, then this is the test you probably had. It is actually written by a fellow pharmacist that I went to school with, and he has become quite a prominent medical blogger. It is the perfect article about IgG food panel testing and other non validated methods of 'diagnosing ' food ''allergies '' A very good read! :thumbsup
