I found this recipe this past weekend and loved it. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips (I use the whole bag)
1/2 cup crushed peanuts

Stir peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, and salt together. Add chocolate chips and peanuts. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.

And for those needing a pb substitution gluten free: Sunbutter is also gluten free (and pn/tn/sesame safe) ....and others but I"m not sure which.

No kidding, BC2007.

Finding recipes with peanut butter in them on this Forum is off-putting, to put it mildlly, VeronicaK.
Many of us are / or have kids with serious peanut allergy.

Also, what does this mean:

You were sent a msg. upon joining that we do not except promotional posts. I see on Twitter that you are a gluten-free person. If you wish to speak as such, you are most welcome to do so.

But as the msg. you were sent on joining the Forum clearly stated, AL's Forum does not want or accept posts for promotional purposes. That's insulting to fellow Forum members who are here to converse, as in genuine, often heartfelt conversation.

If Kellogg's wishes to advertise its products on the website, it is certainly most welcome to do so. But as an ad - not as pretend conversation.

Thanks in advance for respecting our policy.
