So
Friday the 13
Pizza day at school
Dairy allergic

I swear I was not superstitious before I had kids and would laugh at myself (if I stopped worrying)
Is it just me or do you find you are more sensitive to superstition?

She came home smiling :)
Our bad luck for pizza day was confined to half of her home made pizza slices that we sent in falling to the floor. Luckily not all of them and she had other things in her lunch bag too :)

Pizza days are still far from my favourite but I do like that she has opportunities to manage in (well supervised) real life situations

That is a great attitude and one that will help her in the long run!

Thanks :)
Her allergens are just so everywhere it is also a necessity!
We want her to identify as a health kid who happens to have allergies instead as an allergic individual. Not sure if that makes sense to anyone else.

:thumbsup That's how we're handling it, too!

Sometimes I say that her immune system is super powerful...I wonder if Superman had problems controlling his superpowers, too.
