My 16 year old son just gothis first job. He has a training sessions with 20 other new hires that starts tomorrow. he won't be on the job for another week. The job is at a toy store so there is no food in the location where he will be working. Training will be taking place at libary as store isn't open yet.
He is allergic to paprika and bell peppers and carries 2 epipens on a waist pouch and wears a medical alert.
Any help from anyone who has been in this situation and can give any advice would be helpful.

FI told his boss during the first day of training. His boss was familiar with the EPIPEN so it wasn't a big deal. FI told him the location he keeps it in on his persons so that it can be easily accessed if someone needs to. I would recommend your son giving his boss a heads up as soon as possible.
