I just called Nestle 1-800-387-4636

They also lable for potential cross-contamination with Sesame.

I was concerned about a Maggi sauce I used to use for stir fry - noticed they had a new Asian type that had a sesame warning so I didn't buy the one I normally get just incase. I was happy to hear they label for the top 9!

Just wanted to share.

J

I was curious to know about the sauce you've been using that's safe - I would love to find a good asian sauce (my husband is Japanese, and we miss sesame!). We often make our own teriyaki sauce (Kikoman soy sauce, sugar and garlic), but I would love to find other safe asian sauces.

I don't think it's an actual Asian sauce?

The one I usually buy is either Maggi Chili Sauce or Maggi Garlic Sauce. They're red sauces. I get them at SuperStore and they're in the same section with other hot sauces. Not sure if this is the type of sauce you're looking for. I use it in my stir fry and dilute with water.
Here's a link so you can at least see the logo - may make finding it in the grocery store a bit easier...

Not sure if this helps either but I also called Diana's (a Heinz company today) and none of their sauces or marinades contain or are cross contaminated with sesame. They may have an asian style sauce? http://www.dianasauce.com/

Thank you. I'm going to check them out. That logo looks familiar, so I may already have one of them in my cupboard. I like cooking with lots of different sauces, and I like the sound of these. Thanks again!

I just took a quick look at the dianasauce link, and they have a teriyaki marinade - no sesame listed in the ingredients.
