That's great news---and when people hear of this they might think twice about opening an O'Henry bar when next to a PA child or feeding peanuts to the squirrels.

This is wonderful - I think I might move to Toronto :lol: I have printed this article and tomorrow I will send it to all the Vancouver Councillors.
