 Post subject: Guar Gum?

I was reading that guar gum can contain soy and noticed that it is in the cottage cheese that I eat often.

Any info on this? Shouldn't there be a warning on the label for this kind of thing?

I think that guar gum is a legume like soy. . . I actually think that I react to it a bit as I do to all legumes that I've tried. But a lot of people are just allergic to select legumes.
