Scientists in Germany see evidence of a link between babies born by caesarean section and the development of celiac disease. They find that the same relationship doesn’t exist between caeseareans and other inflammatory bowel diseases, such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. The celiac disease was also diagnosed at a younger age than the other conditions. Read more on the study. ^[1]
